Nebraska treasure! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I would love to return and stay longer next time! There is so much to see, learn and experience there. It was a perfectly quiet night, woke to beautiful hills on the horizon, and the hosts were so kind and welcoming. I can’t wait to taste the ice cream and yogurt from their Milk House!

Back bone of America! This family are incredible people. When they say it’s a working farm, these folks work hard. Truly enjoyed the time they were able to spend with. Their mini cows was the wife favorite member of their family. I personally enjoyed hearing the crickets. It amazes the things you forget. Unfortunately we missed the firefly’s. Obviously we highly recommend their place. The fresh eggs, were the only thing we had room for in the fridge, delicious!!

More than a Milk Store! This was such a great stay, we first stayed on our way from Wyoming to Wisconsin and then again from Wisconsin back to Wyoming!  The family is the real deal, and this is a working farm with all that you would expect of a farm.  We bought cheese curds, eggs and ice cream in the store and it was so fresh and delicious. 

We were treated both times to farm activities that are just part of everyday life here.  From working horses to milking cows, it was a delight to be a part of this place even for a couple nights.  Thanks to this wonderful family for making us feel so much at home!!

Great Stay! We had a peaceful stay with electric and water hookups. We especially appreciated the great communication and warm welcome from the hosts! They are fantastic! As a bonus, we enjoyed interacting with their friendly cats and dogs. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!Our Harvest Host stay at the Milk House in Gothenburg, Nebraska, was exceptional. The farm, a vibrant working dairy operation, was welcoming and fascinating. Bob, the cordial corgi, came with Sailor and me on a tour of the farm, introducing us to the many animals, including cows, horses, pigs, barn cats, puppies and chickens. We loved all of it!!! Our visit was a delightful way to spend the afternoon and evening. We are leaving with an assortment of local goodies, including homemade ice cream, vanilla rum coffee cream, and grass-fed meats.  Thank you to our Hostess Malloree!

Amazing place to stay and wonderful, hard-working family! We loved our stay here. The kids enjoyed seeing what farm life was like. The whole family was very inviting. The milk and other products purchased were fantastic. We saw puppies, cows, horses, goats, chickens, pigs, frogs, and more! Appreciated all of your hospitality, the kids were sad to leave. If we pass through in the future, we'll stay here again.
